The Original BBQ Sauce is Memphis-style, originally developed in a home kitchen for our competition barbecue team. Many hours of trial and error resulted in a tangy balance of sweet and heat. Ultimately it became highly sought after among competition teams winning best sauce at competitions.
The Banjo Dust Rub was originally formulated as a unique spice blend for steak competitions, but we've discovered its just as amazing on pork and poultry too. Its also great for sautéing and grilling vegetables!
